On August 10, 2025, my small, independent Latina owned business lost everything due to the devastating, and historic flooding in Milwaukee Wisconsin. We had close to 5 feet of water in the workshop and lost everything. I put my heart and soul into this little business which transformed my journey and spirit . I invested every penny of my savings into my candle business and devastated for my loss. As I slowly rebuild, I find that reaching out to my community for help is not a weakness, but a strength and more than ever can use your support.
